Beyond Pain
By resisting emotional pain, one increases suffering. By learning to relax into pain and experiencing the physical sensations of it, instead of following the stories of the mind, we can come to place of greater peace despite of the pain.
It really helps to regularly face your hurts and sorrows in meditation. This guided meditation is a good way to do just that.
