Dr. Boudette is a psychologist working in her private practice in Princeton, and at Princeton University. She is the former program-director of the Princeton Eating Disorders Program.

This Meditation uses the breath and calming words to initiate the Relaxation Response. Which is the opposite, and the healthy variant, of the Fight-or-Flight Response.
