Wynyfryd's Father had fallen ill, and requested guided meditations to deal with his situation. The hospital had no resources for this, so Wynyfryd decided to go looking for them herself.

Back then there was no Meditation Collector around, ;-) so Wynyfryd opted to create the guided meditations herself.

There's a whole air of sincerity around these guided meditations. I'm sure you'll agree, when listening to her work.

Unfortunately, since April 2007, she hasn't published anymore guided meditations. I'm still quitely hoping that she'll pick it up again one day. But above all, I hope everything is alright with her, and her father.

This is the first meditation from Wynyfryd, and it's called the Tree of Life Meditation. It's a basic Grounding meditation intended for connecting to the Earth and the Universe. It helps to release stress and negative energy.
