Peace Meditation for Children
By request, today I'll start adding some guided meditations for children. The first series being produced by the Meditation Society of Australia.
This is a guided meditation on peace and it's for the ages of 5 through 13.

An introductory talk on peace is also available, and can be downloaded by clicking on the "download this class MP3" link.
Before letting your child listen to this and other guided meditations for children, it is recommended you listen to it yourself first. This way, you can determine for yourself if it's suitable for your child to listen to.
