Today I start with indexing the guided meditations from the Learning Meditation's Meditation Room. They have published a series of good short guided meditations.

The first one is called "Quick Getaway Meditation", and is exactly that. It is a guided imagery that has you "escaping" to a beautiful white sandy beach.
