Anne's Exercise Meditation for Being In Your Body
As you may know, I have a "hard time" categorizing all the guided meditations. A lot of the meditations could be listed under many categories, but I like them in as few categories as possible. It keeps the categories nice and clean.
I have filed this excellent guided meditation under "Grounding", but it could be listed under as much as ten categories or more.
If you're looking for more specific guided meditations, I recommend you first look into the category the meditation is most likely to appear in. But you shouldn't look exclusively in that category, or you may miss the meditation(s) you're looking for. You can also try a search.
This meditation is one I listen to quite frequently. It is good for developing awareness of sound, thought, visuals and to attune you with your body. The text is from a WMR listener from Israel, called Anne. So it's A listeners contribution.
